Stage design, lighting and drafting was all fascinating, but the lifestyle was not suitable for starting a family. After much experience in the corporate, government and financial industries, Mrs. Friesen found her passion in Early Childhood Education and took several courses to support students in the autism spectrum and with special needs. Finding this joy and beauty in working with children, she began her Master’s in Educational Leadership at Trinity Western University while teaching at the Traditional Learning Academy and St. Anthony of Padua schools in Vancouver. In her spare time, Mrs. Friesen loves being a mom, cooking, drawing, singing and traveling.
